Scott Finemore
General Manager
Wodonga & Wagga
Food, Produce and Manufactured Goods

Scott’s years of interstate driving including multi combination vehicles, support his passion, dedication and hands on commitment to servicing the customer. Born and bred in the road transport industry, he started work in the industry in 1980.

He became a manager within the Finemore Group in 1996 and successfully managed Riverina Bandag Wagga Wagga and the Victorian business of the Finemore Tyre Group until 2010 when he joined Ron Finemore Transport. Scott has advanced in the business to the senior leadership function in a General Manager position leading the largest group of Ron Finemore Transport’s operational and driver base.

Scott has strong communication skills which has resulted in operational, people and revenue growth across the Ron Finemore Transport general and temperature control business.

Scott builds strong working relationships with stakeholders at all distribution centres and fully understands site processes. His attention to detail on truck utilisation and truck routing enables Ron Finemore Transport to provide market leading Ron Finemore Transport looping service. Scott directly oversees all aspects of Ron Finemore Transport’s Wodonga general and bulk freight operations and is responsible for its reliable and safe services provision.

He is responsible for operating Primary Freight Services into and out of Wodonga for supermarkets and directly for vendors, as well as Secondary Freight deliveries to retail store networks.

Jason Bremner
General Manager
Food, Produce and Manufactured Goods

Jason was employed for over 16 years in the consumer services sector. Jason has had responsibility for ensuring local operational teams deliver the agreed goals, KPI’s and objectives in accordance with set business plans.

Jason has worked on many key projects for the Spotless Clean Domain and Clean Event Company including the Stockland portfolio, Westfield, Campus Living, Virgin Australia and venues such as Sydney Opera House, Sydney Exhibition Centre, Australia Institute of Sport, ANZ Stadium and all major events throughout the region.

Jason has managed operational elements of the cleaning business in NSW and ACT. He ensured safe work practices were implemented and followed at all times. He ensured compliance by teams to all internal policies together with the relevant local, state, and Federal regulations, accreditation and licensing requirements.

Jason manages Ron Finemore Transport’s Orange division which provides daily services from the Central West NSW region to Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide. The division is predominantly focused on the retail food chain – ambient, refrigerated and cross-docked distribution. Jason is responsible for two grocery contracts for Primary and Secondary Freight into the Central West.

Scott Cooper
General Manager
Bulk Liquids

A career professional with blue chip company experience spanning the end to end CPG value chain in a global environment, including Australia, UK, Italy, and Africa.

Over 26 years leadership experience in senior roles, facilitating team development on site and remote based operations. Diverse functional business experience;

  • 13 years in supply chain operational and strategic roles,
  • 3 years in procurement,
  • 6 years in senior sales roles, including 4 years as Commercial Director,
  • 8 years in retail operations management.

Scott has a track record of success creating customer service and business value through operational performance. Scott joined Ron Finemore Transport in September 2017 initially as Project Manager (Liquids) responsible for delivering a range of change management and continuous improvement programs within the bulk liquid transport division.

Scott then moved into the position of General Manager – Liquids in December 2017, leading the end to end value chain for bulk liquid shipments on the Eastern Seaboard of Australia.

Shane Tucker
Safety, Rehabilitation, Compensation and Quality Manager

Shane holds qualifications in Investigation, Management, Business, Compliance, WHS and Workplace training and assessment. A member of the NSW Police Force for 16 years, performed duties as a Detective and took liaison roles to the Coroner and DPP as well as training junior staff. Shane was responsible for the investigation of all serious matters in a large country command. He completed law studies and took duties as a prosecutor for several years. On leaving the Police Force spent time working hands on in heavy vehicle maintenance. He understands the need to proactively develop safe work practices. Shane is currently responsible for Managing Safety, Rehabilitation, Compensation and Quality within the Ron Finemore Transport business. Shane’s role is to build and manage effective partnerships that engage stakeholders in understanding the issues, identifying innovative solutions and in supporting best practice claim and safety management outcomes.

Shane has excellent attention to detail to identify hazards, discovering opportunities for improving conditions and execute various safety programs ensuring Ron Finemore Transport meet all legal and CoR expectations.
